Ralph Davis - Member at Large

Ralph Davis is AVP, Training Specialist within the Talent Development team at Huntington Bank; a $100 billion regional bank-holding company delivering a full suite of commercial and retail banking, investment management, and insurance services across the Midwest through Huntington National Bank and its affiliates.

Ralph joined Huntington in 2013 as a Sales Team Manager in the Customer Solution Center. There he helped develop the servicing and sales strategy model for their credit card servicing team.  In 2017 Ralph moved back to the learning and development space when he became a training specialist with Retail Banking.

A large majority of Ralph’s time in the banking industry has centered around learning and leading – also serving as trainer and team manager with Chase Card Services for 14 years. Prior to entering banking, Ralph was a Math teacher at Princeton High School in Cincinnati.  Ralph graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Mathematics, and a M. Ed. in Mathematics Education. He lives in Johnstown with his wife Cathy and two adult sons.  In his spare time, Ralph enjoys relaxing at the pool with his wife or playing golf with friends. And on Saturday afternoons in the fall you’ll find him rooting hard for the Buckeyes football team!
