Jennifer Scales is a stay at home mom of two girls ages 12 and 7. Her youngest daughter, Isabella, attends The Learning Spectrum. A Kent State University graduate, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 from the College of Fine and Professional Arts, Shannon Rogers and Jerry Silverman school of Fashion Design and Merchandising. In 2018, she went from fashion to farming when she founded 3 Girls Gourmet Garlic, a small specialty crop farm on her 5 acre homestead in rural Licking County. The company mission is to raise awareness for ASD and help families affected by ASD by growing and marketing multiple varieties of specialty garlic referred to as "hardneck" garlic. The company is proud to contribute a portion of proceeds directly to TLS to support programs that will benefit families and students.
