Dr.  Richard Baltisberger, MD - President, BOD

Richard A. Baltisberger, M.D., FAAP, is a pediatrician in Newark, Ohio and is affiliated with Licking Memorial Hospital and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and has many patients who are on the autism spectrum. He received his Medical Degree from University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He completed a pediatric internship and residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Rick, as we fondly call him, is an avid gardener and has led several workshops  with our students, building wooden raised beds for our gardens. He is the father of four children, including two young adults sons who are on the autism spectrum and have downs syndrome.
